Boab Tough race to choose for first one back. Set off a little quick and paid for it at end of first lap, so slowed it down and came back strong at the end. Even splits, enjoyed the race.

RichyC Tough course but felt stronger and enjoyed this more than my first attempt at XC at Broxburn a few months back. Struggled to stay on my feet again with just wearing normal running trainers, really must invest in a pair suitable for XC! Garmin recorded the distance as 5.26miles.
