Fravage Very pleasing run. Thought I'd set off too fast at 3.40 ish Kim's for the first couple, but consolidated for a couple. Settled down to 4 min km's, and picked up the slack on the long downhill sections. Managed to pull a couple of 3.45's for the last couple to finish strongly.even getting pipped on the line wasn't too disappointing! Genuinely feel there's a but more to come as well, but delighted to go sub 40 before I'm 40!
