About this parkrun

A mix of athletics track, canal towpath, and trail/gravel path; 2 laps of track at start and end, remainder is single lap; flat (22m elevation gain). Free parking.

Running track to start and finish (2 laps each time), with woodland and canal towpath in between. Parking available on site for free, and changing facilities on site too.

a strange mix as you start and finish on a running track but then spend time running along the canal and back up a good gravel(mud) climb.

A complete mix. 2 1/2 laps on the track, along the canal, through woods (down and up hill), along a muddy trail, back on the canal and another 1 1/2 laps of the track. Toilets before and free parking.
