paskha 24th marathon (incs Ultras) / 7th Duchy - Lack of training meant I was ok to mile 20 where Selina passed me - I had to go to the loo and never picked up again - run / walk to the finish - slightly better time than I thought I'd do - weather much kinder this year! (Selina finished 20 mins ahead and did a PB!)
