Foxy The race was 5 laps around a lake Nr Daventry. I ran & acted as a guide for Paul Watts, a blind runner & was pleased to get Paul around the course in his fastest time for 7 years. was an enlightening experience & in discussing the sights & terrain i had to be very descriptive. A yellow t-shirts unfortunatly & no medal - first time i didn't get as medal & i had got used to getting 'em.
