Hard packed trail along disused railway – double out and back – pan flat (quite an achievement given the location!) – beautiful scenery

Twice out-and-back alongside the river, so mostly flat apart from the bridge over the river. Parking nearby and toilets, but I think you have to pay for both.

Out and back twice along a good flat trail path (road shoes are fine). Free parking until 10am at the car park by the start. The café mentioned on the website, T H Roberts, is well worth visiting afterwards.
