Agent Orange Ran with No.1 on my shirt. Unfortunately the leaders didn't wait for me... But I'm really pleased with the run. The first and last 500m were across a field with lots of standing water after the rains so the outlook wasn't promising. Ran a nice first couple of miles in 7.01/7.01. Slowed a bit in mile three which had one or two tight corners and a flooded footpath (7.26). Then finished strongly with 7.14 and 7.01 miles. I felt it was about my best paced race, picking off runners fairly regularly after the first mile. All in all a surprising 10 second PB.

Kew Took it steady but had a little sprint at the end when I realised I could get under 40 mins :-)
