Pricey Wasn't expecting to run well as ran Silverstone Half on Sunday & have been injured. Only a second slower then my PB so I'm pleased with that

SPR POOR!!! Started steady but couldn't increase pace, in fact everytime I tried, I just seemed to end up working harder for the same pace. Need to do some progressive runs to work on acceleration. No tactical errors really, was just off form. In my 5 miler I did 5k in about that pace so and that was a poor tactical race so shows how bad this was.
