Gasheader 3 x around Croft Race track . Very flat and fast ,enjoying my running this week but not feeling fast... Felt good race went well and felt very strong at the end -still slow on a fast fast coarse- but feel im moving in right direction. No taper just lots of training .

Sodahead All depends on the weather and how my legs are feeling while doing 100+ miles per week. At the very least in will be a good speed session. Great conditions on a fast track. Delighted with my time.
