FrightenedMan Brilliant race, great marshalling, beautiful scenery and breathtaking views. Nice mug in the goody bag too! It's part of one of my normal (long) runs but I've never raced it before. Really chuffed with my time.

The_Saint According to my Garmin, this has 3250 feet of elevation change, this course is magnificent.

WildeRover Would be pleased to go sub 1hr again on this very, very, very hilly course. Update - training run on 21 June, went round the race course in 57:37, so should be a PB. Well, I suffered. My leg didn't feel good after the first mile and a half, hills after that felt hard, I pushed when I could, but didn't feel particularly strong at any point. Puffed, panted, sweated, toiled - and ended up a whole three seconds different from my prediction. To be honest, I'm quite pleased with that.
