About this parkrun
A lovely friendly welcome. Definitely not flat, a speedy long downhill and slog back up (more than once). All tarmac, so road shoes recommended. Loads of easy parking on roads really near to the start.twinny 17th Mar 2019
The other benefit is now that the two sets of steps have been replaced by a tarmac slope. Tough but easier to get up!

All on smooth tarmac paths comprising 1 1/s small laps at the top of the park followed by 2 large laps of the perimeter path . Nice long downhills followed by a long drag back up to the top of the park

2 small laps and 2 bigger laps all on tarmac. Amounts of upward slope which probably weren’t too bad but the rain and my own tired legs from a race the night before made it worse!
