Marcus Well, it's gotta happen some time!!! My easiest PB to beat - on the course I set it on. Surely this time??! UPDATE: Despite tired legs after Wednesday's 5 miler I'm pleased to say (for all you PB wagerers!) that I tonked my PB by 37 seconds. For myself, I wish that I'd had enough brain power left to realise that I only needed to run 2 seconds quicker to exorcise my 10K demon -WHY can't I run under 40 minutes?!! Maybe with a bit more recovery time I would have done? Anyway it was all you gamblers that kept me going over the second half of the race, I couldn't send nearly 4000 credits down the waste pipe could I?!! Thanks to South Cheshire Harriers for putting on yet another good Easter Sunday race and especially to all the WONDERFUL MARSHALLS who cope with a lot of traffic around the course - especially as on such a lovely sunny morning they could have been doing something much nicer!
