Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Waveydavey I was off sick at the start of the week with food poisoning so my pb attempt wasn't really on. Managed 6:30 pace for the first three miles, but I slowed up at the end. Nice little run around Coventry Memorial park. There was a large contingent of local club runners.

Go-KL My first race since May, I wasn't sure what I could do but was reasonably confident of a swift run as I had put in some very quick long and short training runs, and considered myself in better shape speed-wise than I was before the marathon. Somehow I was very nervous before the start of the race and had a nasty stomach upset before the off. The first mile or so felt not great but then I got into the race and ran well, securing a time that was comfortably my second fastest over the distance.
