About this parkrun
Hard packed trail plus a bit of road, can get very muddy - 1 small and then 1 big lap - minor undulations - course goes round a large lake. Always starts 5-10 minutes late. Daleside cafe is a fair way from the finish but well worth the tripWill_Uyuni 7th Jan 2019
Park at Adventure Centre- NG42EW £1.50. Run is on firm trails 1 x lap of large lake and 2 x laps of small lakes. Beautiful lakeside runs. Catch Daleside Cafe afterwards.

2 laps of 1 lake and 1 of another. Nice venue. Free parkrun. Mix of tarmac and grass etc. could be fast if not injured like I was
