brotherjohn Second 10k PB this week! A decent course, but slowed by the wind a bit in the second half. But... scraped under 35!!! Yee haa, sub 35, one big goal achieved. 3rd place in the race and first vet of course. 34:59! Amazing!

Mousethatran Went through 10k in 30 mins. felt ok to 8k after which had no stamina

robrea felt great before the off which is rare :-) on a nice flat fast course in perfect conditions i managed another pb :-) finished second to the lightning fast adrain mussett so a good mornings running.
