About this parkrun
Up (very up) a forestry track for a mile(ish), flattish out and back section, then a downhill loop back to the start.Can get very muddy especially on the downhill section and at the finish.
Coffee and bacon sarnie back at Seasons on the main road.

One of the hilliest parkruns.
The course is all on forestry roads/tracks, which are mostly hard gravelled surfaces, but can accumulate mud in places.
A long steady up for the first mile. Undulates a bit in the middle. Then a final fast drop.
