fifi20 Pretty rubbish, but still not fit and at least I finished. Thought I was going to be much slower as I finnshed about a minute after the 1 hr marker! Ran with Sally for 1st ~2k, then managed good pace til about 4k and then ran out of steam. Good temperature etc. Slightly rolling but no major hills.

JamieKai *chameleon* Short course - Garmin measured 9.76km. Poor organisation, poor race bag at the end - feel bad for anyone who had to pay for their place, especially as this is hardly the most picturesque 10k, taking in some very run down parts of Mcr.

RunningBob Course much improved with no problems this year lapping back markers. Good quality field - no chance of 4th this year! Organisation still seemed a bit creaky - almost no toilets and chip and number never arrived so I had to collect on day. But I do like this race - much better than GMR.

Whoever Fairly windy but thankfully also fairly cool morning. Got caught up in major people congestion for first km, so time suffered a bit. Pleased to get to the end in good shape. Only downside was rather poor communication from the organisers - I booked place in May but they failed to send the number / chip - had to pick up from reception on the day but they didnt tell me this in time despite emailed questions. Apart from that it was a good event.
