Karlos23 Awesome 45 seconds behind Mark Preston, 1min 09 in front of Aileen, Beat Amelia in sprint as she didn't know where finish was (beat her by 5 seconds) Night was quite warm and extended in length due to a course change I was a bit tired as the race followed 2 mornings getting up at 5 am
