julbags This will be interesting, never run anything less than 10K before. Have entered the series so should hopefully improve on whatever time I get in this one by the last one in August. Hope my calf holds up, its niggling a bit. Update: Well that was warm! Did better than I thought though more undulating than it first seems and th hill in the last mile seems to go on forever. Will have to pull my finger out to beat this time in subsequent ones though.
