About this parkrun
One small loop then two bigger loops. Mostly tarmac, one stretch on grass, slippy. Slight undulations, 31m elevation gain. Nice downhill straight to the finish. Good parking.Bramble 2nd Jan 2019
Location in Countess of Chester Country Park- CH21UL. Mixed surface. Uphill start/ downhill finish, with loops in between. Nearby Little Owl Pub has parking & is open for breakfast from 0930.

Struggled to find the car park! All tarmac other than a section on grass that you do twice, which can be muddy. Undulating!

Two laps with an extra bit at the start and finish. Quite busy at the start! Mostly tarmac, but with some grass bits. Nice park! Little bit of undulation but nothing major.

Nice 2 lap course, mostly on tarmac paths with a small section of single track trail on each lap. Free parking nearby.

Updated for 2024 - current (alternative?) course avoids the muddy section now, so much nicer course. Mostly tarmac paths, one short section on peaty solid paths, nice level of undulation, good parking in NHS staff car park. Mid section crowded
