About this parkrun
The original Essex Parkrun, very busy nowadays but meticulously organised as it has to beDick! 28th Jan 2019
This is a single lap parkrun on tarmac paths with a few sections on firm grassy parkland. The course is flat except for one short hill. The event has over 700 each week so its congested but well organised. Municipal car parks nearby.

Not the original Essex parkrun, that was Southend. Course varies due to other events in the park but at it's best a one lap course, mostly on tarmac, busy and well organised.
