AlB 1st mile OK, a tad fast at 6.33. At 2 miles stomache cramps came - shouldnt have eaten all those liqorice allsorts on the way home! 2 mile cool down after - calves feeling tight and tender.

Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB) Not quite what I was hoping for but it did take a little bit of time to get going at the stat. Still a pb for the distance though :-). Forgot to take my hayfever medications yesterday and really knew about it :-(
