Johnster First 10k since started running very happy with getting under the hour-I think I was in a rush to get in out of the heavy rain. Thank you to the female in the fetch shirt a little way in front of me as I was doing my best to keep up with you the whole race and you dragged me around though you did but know it

LukeStur Good race in tough conditions - very windy and raining at the start. Tucked in with a nice group for most of the race and then left them with a good push for the final 1km Pleased with 5th place overall but we just missed out on the Team Prize. A nice 50 sec PB should give all you betters a lot of points ;-)

theraithrover Pleased to do a PB considering the downpour at the start and the blustery wind throughout. 1st time I've used the Garmin 405 and amazingly I had set it correct so to run v my virtual partner ensured the pb. I like this race, not the most scenic (always well organised) but you do know what you're facing ahead of you and I think that helps.
