Enigma My first entry into one of the club's time trials. It was a very windy night which meant strong headwinds for a lot of the way. Very pleased to be under 20 minutes and only 1 position behind Fat Boy. For the first time I beat my wife!

Fat Boy Pleased with run after missing the past few weeks due to injury and the dreaded flu bug. Hopefully now be able to re-commence some decent training, lose some weight and return to form.

Plussing As Which Probably shouldn't have but really couldn't resist a trot round the 3 mile time trial course on a blustery Thursday night! Took it nice and steady, only pushing on in the last half mile or so, but left it a bit late to catch my husband! Great run, Al!
