About this parkrun

Winter course is 5 slightly undulating laps on mixed mostly hard surfaces. Toilets, changing rooms and cafe inside community centre.

5 lap winter course. mainly tarmac. undulations get steeper with the laps!

3 laps of a park, some on path, some on grass. Steady climbs but not steep. Friendly 😀
