Biastai Ran a good 2 first miles at 5:40-45 and crashed a bit! At least I can still do my PB! My only excuse is that I had been out running today and did not know the race was on and I am also running 60 miles this week. :-) This is a nice fast course with a slightly down hil last kilometre, NICE!
