Andy99 Ran a training run around 90% of the course yesterday. I must have been so much fitter last year! Found it hard, slow and tiring, it has un-nerved me a little. Weather looks wet and windy for Sunday, this is a perfect excuse to underperform. Should be a great race though, watch out for the fallen tree just before kit bag and the clay/mud around Castle Ring.
