Last Lap Matt My first competitive event ever and what a lovely place to start! Terrific course, great views - a bit boggy in patches but that adds to the collection of mud spatters!

Mrs Winkle I got a PB, shaved nearly 4 minutes from my previous time! I'm amazed as the course was mainly grass, with dirt tracks - bumpy and not great for fast running. Loved the race, felt fab until the last 2k.

PirateLorna Damn didnt get under 50 mins, no excuse but had a terrible cough the previous few days, was in two minds as to whether fo run the day before, felt just about alright on the morning but hadnt been able to run for the previous 4 days. Nice weather made up for lacklustre performance.
