Runs4beer This was in no way a full 10k, probably about 400m short. Even so was very happy with my run. Was an undulating course - verging on the hilly! My watch battery died, so had to do without splits, but am pretty sure i ran a negative split of 22:00, 19:48 (showing how short the second half was).
