CeeGee After being one of the fastest people over the first 100 meters (!!) I slowed down to my usual plod and finished a massive 30 seconds quicker than my previous pb!! Woo!! I was in the middle of the pack and consequently felt like I was running through a swamp at times, totally ruined my trainers, but I had fun! (and I got a t-shirt in the right size for a change!)

CrazyLegs Mud glorious mud!! Really enjoyed this though the mud was hard work as was the hill between 3 and 4 km!!

leaguefreak Gutted. Race OK and not as crowded as I had expected. My time - Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Mud made it feel hard going but that is no excuse. Lots of training for me before Abbey Dash!!
