Athlete In Progress Still suffering with a cold/flu, really off the pace, found running slowly hard work! Decided its put me out of being able to run this years Flora London Marathon, therefore i'm deferring my place for the 2009 FLM. So P'd off!

Kieren Started out a bit too fast for the first KM so eased off a bit. Thankfully, so did most other runners so not too many people passed me. Got beaten to the line by 2 14 year olds (as per official results) which is amazing! A girl and a boy. The boy was about half my size. Being so tiny they are easy to pick out so I aim to even the score in few weeks - hopefully 19:50 next week
