Gobi This year ultragobi is attempting to keep some leg speed so this will be a semi regular trip. Visit number 2. UPDATE I just ran as fast as I could. Chap in front of me was doing intervals so everytime he slowed down I chased him. Huge PB and am very happy

Hollywoof! Getting back into race shape. Still 50 seconds from a distance PB (and 30 from an event PB) but the leg didn't hurt too much today :-) P.S. I must get better at recognising forumites and fetchites... but I do always say hello as I pass you (or if you pass me)

Puffing Bertie PB for me by 3 secs! Suppose thats not bad with a crook ankle, which i have to say is fine now I'm sat down, and only decided to hurt when i ran, most unfair! Great to see so many Fetch shirts, who i managed to say hello to this time :-)
