Gobi A good run considering I am tired after my Ultra Adventure. Ran the course with Rat Race in 27 mins then raced then ran the course with Vomit and Rat Race to warm down.

Nice to meet you RR! Gobi - if you are going to keep bringing people along, can you please start bringing some slower people!

RatRace Met Gobi, Vomit, Hollywood & Greg. Nice to finally meet some Fetchites. Had a good race, held on & pushed on the last kay. Pleased to get under 20 minutes. Can work on that now as tihs was my first 5k race.
