monki My first BPTT. Wasn't really sure what to expect and had done a reasonably hard interval session yesterday. Fairly pleased. Didn't quite manage to beat the two guys I had picked out to race against, but I reckon there's another 15 seconds there in mental effort alone. Ran at 90% I guess.
