Cookie It was a bit sticky today! Felt good through halfway, just a bit down on previous weeks. Slowed up to Teddington gate a little and had nothing for a surge down that long final straight. Not a great time but I've got a week of races coming up so I'm not that bothered.

Caterpillar Not too bad. It's getting busy! Too many people to get through - I'm going to have to start faster in this race in future. 4.25 at the 1k mark, and I didn't manage to make much of it up before the end. Still, getting closer to 20 mins again.
