funkin Very happy with this, especially as my legs were still aching from earlier in the week. Could have probably been a couple of seconds quicker had it not been so windy or a bl**dy great tree in the middle of the final straight!

Kieren Celebrating a new job last night & had a bit too much wine. Heart rate was through the roof at 95% WHR for a pace where I'd usually be 85%. Needless to say I couldn't sustain that for long. Stopped to be ill & a Thames Turbo guy was nice enough to ask if I was okay. The rest of the race was a run walk affair & I'm amazed at my time. New job might mean this is the last BPTT I can do for quite a while. I'll miss it if it is :(
