Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

DanielDodson I found this hard because I started too fast - was slowing at the end . Also beaten on a sprint to the finish line, again. Must learn to sprint better.

funkin Was a good race today and I'm very happy with my time. One of these days I'll be back to full fitness and chasing my PB, which is just under a minute quicker then this.

Kieren Facing the reality that I'm much slower than I was 6 months ago. Going to be realistic & hope for small improvements. I'll be happy with sub-21 this week. **UPDATE** heart rate training suppposed to be over 85% / 185bpm - really struggled to get it up & found today very hard going but happy to be sub-21. On the strength of this I'm not sure 1 speed session (BPTT) a week is enough - I'll give it a while & see. (actually ran at 90-95% by accident! 85% would be 177 bpm for me)

Kirsty Really pleased to get the pb I was aiming for. 22.59 was the goal so very happy with this! I have to confess I did have a male pacemaker, but if it's good enough for Deena Kastor in the London marathon then it's good enough for me!
I promise to do it by myself next time.
