RFJ My 1st BPTT, 20:39, (23rd place) wore trail shoes as muddy underfoot, reasonably happy with performance, managed to start fastish then hold some consistancy with pace throughout the race. Warm welcome from several runners. Very good event that I think will become a fav.

MadJonny Hungover, tired legs, cold, slippery. Started off okay with intention of going for PB. Realised at 3.75k that it wasn't going to happen. The last 1k was particularly slippery, so glad I didn't push. Nice to get out in the fresh air though.
