Rach E Have no idea if I'll race or not! ***UPDATE*** Legs were a bit tired and with Bushy the quagmire it was, I decided to save my legs for Aylesbury tomorrow. Nice run pacing SarahL to (nearly!) 22:45. My Garmin measured the course as 5.07km today which makes the pacing bang on 22:30 which bodes v well for Sarah for another 5k. It was also really horrid, muddy conditions to run a new PB.
