Gobi will decide how hard to run on the day. Felt good after warmup so ran hard unfortunately the weather was against me and I struggled for grip on the muddy ground. All the same comfortably sub 19.

Kinsey My first BPTT! Took it fairly easy as I didn't know the course and wasn't too disappointed with my time. Just missed the rain which was good and its a very enjoyable way to do a 5k time trial
