Alun Started fast, blowing a bit after 400m or thereabouts but soon settled into a sensibly fast pace. Worked hard up the hills and strided out on the descents and the flatter sections. Happy to end a very successful cross country season with 34:28 and 6th in the M55 age group, 2½ minutes off of the podium!! Very muddy, didn't realise that I'd bought 15mm needle pins, they're next to useless!!
