About this parkrun
Mixture of tarmac paths and trail sections some of which can become muddy after rain. 2 laps with extra start and finish straights on either side of the Visitors Centre. Minor undulations. Congested start as path rapidly narrows from start area.Weath 7th Jan 2019
Lovely run through woods, in my top three at the time of writing - out of the 30+ different parkruns I've done.

A nice basically flat runs through the woods. Parking was tight but there is on street parking as well as the car park. Toilets available before the start. A nice cafe as well.
