The Plodder Hot and hilly as per usual. Despite my best efforts I failed to finish in under the hour. Av HR = 163 Splits and HR: 12'33 (161), 6'22 (155), 6'14 (155), 6'14 (155), 6'17 (165), 6'14 (167), 5'53 (168), 5'29 (168), 5'34 (169)
