milemonster First I know that I'm blowing my own trumpet here but we've got to be positive otherwise we'll be miserable.

Christleton: 7th. My highest Borders League position. I started the race at a reasonable pace. I'm getting quite experienced at races and I think I'm getting there with the pace. It's a good feeling when you overtake those who started too fast in a race. I would have been 5th with the same time last year in this race! My legs were really hurting and stiff at the end of the race which I think is because of my new way of training (less miles, more quality and cross training with Biking and Swimming).
