HBNS 1st leg, well down the field but ran my own race (18th M50), pleased to match last year's time considering big loss of form presently, and the team came through to win the race by well over 1 minute, 1st Gold medals in this race.

Sunbed Athlete Ran 3rd leg for the V35 team.Overtook 9 guys to get into 2nd place overall but 1st V35 place.Greg came in after 1st leg in 21st place(10th V35)(15:58),Charlie took over & came in 11th place overall(15:43)(7th V35).I brought the team home in 2nd place (1st V35)(15:08) & handed over to Jamie who came home in 1st place overall & 1st V35 team(15:21) to win the title & take the gold medal.Also got 2nd fastest lap of the day for V35 age group which got me silver medal.See Blog more more.
