Honley Lion If you like trail races or just fancy something out of the ordinary, then DO this race - it's got a bit of everything and a tremendous atmosphere. My current favourite race (and not just 'cos it's run by my club) Dont expect a PB though, it's not that kind of event. UPDATE: Due to recent injury, will probably still take part but only as a slow, steady training run. Further update: Completed the course fine until the river crossing at the end where I managed to injure myself again !

Marisol Excellent race, so happy that I run all the way up and running through the bluebells was lovely. My shoes were clean afterwards, nice touch!. A race to put in the calendar.

PP Great race - very tough. Great marshalls and a very well organised race. This is the 4th year I've travelled over from Liverpool to do this race - well worth it. Trooper Lane seems to get longer and steeper each year!
