bedlam_g Nice wee PB to start 2011. With a 3.8 mile blast around the streets of Blairgowrie. Finished in 5th after a good though unsuccesfull tustle with fine Perth runner Tony Jackson. All I really hoped for from this race was some fast training after weeks without any speedwork or races but maybe with a 17.07 5k split I'm not as far away as I feared just need a little speed endurance to avoid crashing after 2.5 miles.
