About this parkrun

An out and back for 1km in one direction then same in the other direction. The last part is then another out and back but just 500m out and 500m out back. Course follows an old train line track bed so very flat but given its altitude there are some specta

I love this course. As described by dobbers, it's an out and back, out and back and then a little out and back! Quite muddy in February, but a nice flat course and a lovely place to run. Great cafe at the stone centre after. Will definitely be back.
