About this parkrun

A beautiful run through an iconic park. Mixed terrain but trail shoes not required. A one lap course, pretty flat and good for A PB!

Single lap on wide trails through a glorious pine forest. Mild undulations. A bit congested the opening km mid pack. A lovely event, that’s why it gets busy. Arrive slightly early coming by car as there’s often a queue to pay in the car park. Top pr.

An excellent run through some beautiful woodland, paths clearly marked and wide, pretty flat, single lap, finishing at a coffee shop. There were 800 running the time I ran and apart from the bottle neck at the start it was fine and friendly.

2 laps of undulating woodland trail on wide paths. Can be busy, but it's a nice forest trail. Nice cafe, lots of parking but you have to pay.

Lovely single lapper in the woods. High numbers of runners so make sure you start in an appropriate position at the start. Undulating but still fairly fast, one of my favourites

Black Park country park is next to the famous Pinewood Studios, with ample pay and display parking.
The run attracts a large number of runners and is a 1 lap course of flat trails through wood and heath land, a cafe welcomes you at the finish line.

A wonderful parkrun in a forest. It is a single lap with no marshalls on route. Sometimes you are literally running through a movie set when filming is going on from Pinewood Studios. Get there early to pay for your parking ticket

Lovely rolling 1 lap trail run on even paths easy access can’t remember what the parking was someone else paid. Coffee van at the end ( Go Ape if you want). Went to Gerard’s Cross to place called Jack and Alice superb breakfast not cheap but 10/10.

One lap trail through the woods, no marshalls but clearly signed. Can be congested at the start but spreads out after first corner. Pacers on first Saturday of the month. Very pretty come find me at the coffee kiosk by the start afterwards.
