DickyDare bloody hilly, wearing racing flats probably not the best idea and not a course that suited me, no sprint finish left and a bit disappointed to finish 4th again. still it was a reasonable run and felt quite strong.

Boingy Tough but enjoyable course with a particularly sinister hill about half a mile into each lap. Not sure of finish position (too knackered at the end to look at my token!), but 2nd for Northbrook so happy enough.
